Reasons For Decision - Appeal By Adam Hyeronimus & Blake Paine (24 February 2021)
On 6 August 2020, licensed Jockey Adam Hyeronimus was found by the Racing NSW Stewards to have breached AR115(c) and (e) and AR232(i) of the Australian Rules of Racing for betting offences and providing false evidence.
On 6 August 2020, licensed Stablehand Blake Paine was found by the Racing NSW Stewards to have breached AR236 and AR232(i) of the Australian Rules of Racing for betting for a jockey and providing false evidence.
