Penalty Submissions: Mr John O’Shea - Strangles Inquiry (Godolphin)
Racing NSW Stewards advise that a hearing of submissions on penalty, in respect to the Stewards finding trainer Mr John O’Shea guilty of charges under AR175(g)-false and/or misleading evidence and AR175(l)-being a party to a breach of AR64K(2) by Mr Plumptre, will be conducted at the offices of Racing NSW, Level 11, 51 Druitt Street, Sydney commencing at 10:30am on Tuesday, 29 August 2017.
