Outcome Of Appeal – Angelis Vasili
On 12 June 2019, the NSW Racing Appeals Tribunal handed down its decision in respect of the appeal of Registered Owner, Mr Angelis Vasili, against a finding of the Racing NSW Appeal Panel that Mr Vasili had breached AR175(a).
Mr Vasili was successful in his appeal against that finding of the Racing NSW Appeal Panel.
