Important Reminder: Trainers, Jockeys, Apprentice Jockeys, Approved Riders, Bookmakers & Rider Agents – Licence Renewals NOW DUE

Racing NSW, in conjunction with Racing Australia, last season introduced the ability for licence renewals to be completed online via the Single National System (SNS).

The SNS is now delivering to the Thoroughbred industry nationally the capacity to provide participants with core industry functions on-line rather than completing paper-based forms.

The online system to renew 2018/19 licences for Trainers, Jockeys, Apprentice Jockeys, Approved Riders, Bookmakers and Rider Agents Renewals are activated and are NOW DUE.

Persons licensed in these categories who have an email address recorded with Racing NSW have been sent an email containing instructions on how to complete this process. If you do not have an email address recorded with Racing NSW or did not receive the mentioned email you should:-

  • If a Trainer, access your renewal through your Stable Assist account, by clicking on the option renew licence. If you do not have a Stable Assist account please contact the Racing Australia Service Centre on 1800 138 704 who will be able to assist you with the process to set one up;
  • For all other licence types, access your renewal through the User Registration account you used to renew your licence last season. If you cannot recall the password you used to login to the system please use the Forgot your password or email option. If you do not have a User Registration account please contact the Racing Australia Service Centre on 1800 954 143 for assistance.
