Notice Of Inquiry - Acton Shale
Racing NSW Stewards have scheduled an inquiry into the findings of the Australian Racing Forensic Laboratory and Racing Analytical Services Limited that a sample taken from Acton Shale following its win in the Maiden Handicap 1080m at Thoroughbred Park (Canberra) on 8 June 2018 has been found to contain 4-hydroxy xylazine.
The inquiry will be conducted at the Stewards offices of the South East Region Racing NSW / Canberra Racing Club, Thoroughbred Park, Canberra on Thursday, 20 September 2018 commencing at 10:30am.
