Notice - 1400m Races At Warwick Farm

After riders expressed concern about the undulation of the 1400m chute at Warwick Farm, Racing NSW Stewards have made the decision to discontinue 1400m races from the chute until remedial work has been completed. The ATC has indicated works cannot commence until after winter.

Stewards met with several senior riders today and it was agreed to conduct 1400m races from the course proper start until the chute is repaired. Fields will be limited to 12, regardless of the rail position. 1300m races from the chute will continue until the works commence.
