Licensed Trainer Peter Quinlan Fined $5000
Racing NSW Stewards today conducted an inquiry into two Analysts’ findings of Meloxicam in a post-race urine sample taken from Aitutaki after that mare placed first in Race 8 (Class 1 Handicap, 1200m) at Murwillumbah Racecourse on Friday, 23 August 2024.
Evidence was taken from trainer Peter Quinlan and the managing part-owner of Aitutaki, Thomas Quinlan; ARFL General Manager, John Keledjian and RNSW Official Veterinarian and Welfare
officer, Dr Rose Bensley. Licensed trainer Peter Quinlan was issued a charge under AR240(2).
