Licensed Riders' Agent John Walter Disqualified For Six Months
Racing NSW Stewards have conducted a hearing of a charge issued against licensed riders' agent Mr John Walter for a breach of NSW LR71A(a).
Evidence yesterday was taken from Mr Walter who was assisted by solicitor Mr Paul O’Sullivan.
Mr Walter was charged in the following terms following an investigation that Racing NSW Stewards had conducted and evidence provided by Mr Walter.
