Race 9, No.7 ZAKAT (trainer James Cummings): The stable reported that ZAKAT has undergone farrier treatment for a crack in the off-fore medial heel region and has had synthetic hoof filler applied (again). The gelding will undergo a veterinary inspection upon arrival on-course tomorrow by the Racing NSW official veterinarian.
Race 10, No.3 - NIGHT OF POWER (IRE) (Bjorn Baker): The stable reported that NIGHT OF POWER (IRE) has had some precautionary synthetic hoof filler applied for the first time to its near hind hoof.
