Late Gear Change - Ace High (Randwick Sat)
Racing NSW Stewards have approved a late gear of BLINKERS ON for Ace High which is engaged to run in Race 1 (Fernhill Handicap) at Royal Randwick this Saturday.
In approving the application, Racing NSW Stewards were mindful that Ace High had barrier trialled at Rosehill on 30 March 2017 with Blinkers when beaten a head behind Takedown in that trial.
The official gear change for Ace High since its last start in the VRC Sires' Produce Stakes on 11 March 2017 is Winkers (OFF) & Blinkers (ON). Mr Payne was fined the sum of $200 for the late notification.
