Kembla Visitor Better Not Blue Favourite For Wyong Provincial Championships

Better Not Blue has been installed as the $4.60 favourite with TAB for the opening heat of the Provincial Championships at Wyong this Thursday.

“Better Not Blue qualified with an unlucky third in the Wyong heat last year before again striking trouble in the Final and he has been set for this first up with two trials,” TAB’s Glenn Munsie said. “Noble Joey, who has already been backed from $6 into $5, was nosed out by the in-form Deploy at Randwick last start and will be hard to run down if he can see out the 1350 metres from a wide gate.”

Better Not Blue and Echo Effect are the $11 joint favourites to win the Provincial Championships Final at Randwick on April 8. Invincible George ($26) has been the best backed to win the series pinnacle, from Another Aan ($15) and Pomelo ($15).
