Mission Gold is also on debut and has had a couple of trials in preparation. He should be ready to run well.

10. Inevitable Truth is a classy filly that wasn’t beaten too far behind Treasurethe Moment when fourth in the Wakeful Stakes and then midfield in the VRC Oaks when last produced. She’s had two trials leading into this and should be primed to sprint well fresh. 8. Amreekiyah was close-up in her latest trial and warrants thought here. 11. Pear Bellini was down the track on debut but can improve. 4. Saucito resumes from a break here having finished fourth on debut and looms as a chance.

8. Montigo Bay is a handy galloper that ran well when placed at this track when last produced. The was his fourth placing from 10 starts. 1. Eyespye The Eagle debuted at Newcastle with a solid fourth when at big odds. He can go on with the job from that hitout and make an impact. 3. That’s Outstanding is resuming having run well over longer trips last campaign. Expect him to sprint well fresh and hit the line well. 2. Gallant Rush was midfield at Newcastle on debut and can lift on that and figure in the placings without surprising.

1. Rumbling Night wasn’t beaten too far on debut at Hawkesbury despite finishing down the track, then was backed as if unbeatable and won accordingly at Newcastle at his only other start. He won by a big margin in that event and resumes from a spell here on the back of two recent trials in which he showed improvement last time out. He is suited by the 1500m first-up and only needs to repeat his win before the break to be rated the one to beat. 5. Exclusive Artist hit the line hard to get up to score a strong win at the track at just her second start and she looks to be one of the leading contenders again, while 2. Hardpoint is resuming but won well at Wyong at his second start and is worth plenty of thought. 7. Divine Ella justified short-priced favouritism to score at the Sapphire Coast last time out and could go on with the job.
How to play it: Rumbling Night WIN.
Race 7 - 5:30PM PACIFIC PLAN MANAGEMENT COND. BM68 HANDICAP (1300 METRES) |

Sturn Words is a last start Sapphire Coast winner that warrants respect. 7. Headstock hasn’t figured in the placings of late, but an improved performance wouldn’t surprise.\
