3. The Big Blue has been racing well since resuming from a spell with a placing in each of his four runs. He has had one start each month since June and comes into this after a last start second behind the handy Golden Century at Canterbury. This looks a nice race for him to break his maiden. 4. Tommy Thug had performed well in two trials before returning from a break and finishing fourth at Hawkesbury when beaten just over two and a half lengths. He should be better for that run and can take beating here. 8. Fashionable wasn’t beaten far when midfield on debut at Kembla Grange and then followed that up with a last start third when working home well in Super Maiden grade at the same track. She is worth including among the chances. 8. Welcome Red Sun finished second at Kembla Grange two runs ago and can improve on a last start down the track effort.
How to play it: The Big Blue WIN.
Race 2 - 2:25PM GROUP 1 THOROUGHBREDS MIDWAY CLASS 1 HANDICAP (1600 METRES) |

1. Perfect Justice has a solid overall record with a win and five placings to his name from 10 starts. He was first-up from a spell when a last start third at this track and is suited by the step up in distance. 4. Casablanca Express ran well when fourth in the same race Perfect Justice contested last time out and warrants thought here, while 2. North Terrace looked good winning a Provincial Maiden at Kembla Grange at his latest outing. 3. Channelling wasn’t beaten too far when resuming at Kembla Grange and should be improved by that run.
How to play it: Perfect Justice WIN.
Race 3 - 3:05PM RICHMOND CLUB SUPER MAIDEN HANDICAP (1000 METRES) |

4. Composed is a Blue Point colt making his debut after having two trials. He has finished second in each of them at Randwick and Kerrin McEvoy sticks with him here having been aboard in both trials. 7. Ask Di is also on debut after two trials, and she won the latest of them at Rosehill. 10. Taxation is a well-bred I Am Invincible filly having her first start after a number of trials and she looks poised to make an impact. 11. The Magnet is another well-bred filly on debut and won the third of her trials at Randwick when last produced.
How to play it: Composed EACH WAY.
Race 4 - 3:40PM BRAD WIDDUP RACING PROVINCIAL MAIDEN PLATE (1100 METRES) |

12. Yeszem is a local filly on debut from the inside gate and scored in a Wyong trial in her latest hitout which was her third trial since April. She should get every chance from the good barrier. 13. Grand Carousel debuted with a fourth at Kembla Grange in May and has had two trials to prepare for this return. 1. Ex Wife has been placed in two from two either side of a long time away from racing, while 3. Emery has shown talent but needs to overcome a wide alley.
How to play it: Yeszem EACH WAY.
Race 5 - 4:20PM PIONEER SERVICES MAIDEN HANDICAP (1300 METRES) |

5. Reign Of Honor is a gelding on debut and has looked good in his trials leading into this, winning the latest of them over Composed at Randwick. He is poised for a bold showing. 11. Hetzendorf had two starts in May and resumes here on the back of two trials and bears close watching. 12. Look Here was placed in a couple at Wyong and Newcastle before a last start seventh in a strong maiden at Rosehill. 10. Harry’s Halo hasn’t been too far away in two starts to date and is not the worst.
How to play it: Reign Of Honor WIN.
Race 6 - 4:55PM XXXX GOLD CG&E BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP (1100 METRES) |

6. Young Mister Grace had performed well in a number of trials before making his debut and justifying heavy backing to win a Super Maiden at this track last month. He has the advantage of gate one in this event and looks set to go on with the job. 7. Caesar had won two trials before debuting as an odds-on favourite with a Gosford win. He was spelled after that and resumes here after another two trials and is primed for a bold showing. 9. Savaii hit the line well late to win well at his debut at Goulburn and looks talented, while 2. Calido Magic has been racing well in Highway grade.
How to play it: Young Mister Grace WIN.
Race 7 - 5:30PM CLARENDON TAVERN F&M BENCHMARK 64 HANDICAP (1100 METRES) |

9. Cool Waters ran second in a trial before scoring a strong debut win at Coffs Harbour. She backed that up with another win at her second start when bursting through late after being held up in the straight at Scone. She’s drawn awkwardly here but has the ability to go on with the job. 2. Empress Of Japan was a Goulburn winner before a midfield Newcastle effort and was then spelled. She’s had two trials leading into this return. 7. Twinkling Star was first-up from a spell when breaking her maiden with a win at this track and then hit the line well for a last start third at this track as well. She shouldn’t be underestimated. 8. Magic Speed has won two of her three race starts with both victories arriving at Queanbeyan either side of a sixth at Wagga. She has claims again here.
How to play it: Cool Waters WIN.
