Race 1 Number 3 – Positive Problems - Raced wide throughout. When questioned as to the performance rider stated that the mare failed to travel comfortably at any stage of the event and hung out rounding the home turn. Added was unable to offer any explanation for the disappointing performance. Trainer was also unable to explain the disappointing performance and undertook to advise stewards of any abnormalities that may come to light upon the mares return to his Sydney stables. A post race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Trainer since reported on return to Sydney stables no abs were detected. Added has pleased in its work since and intentions are to continue with the mares preparation. (Gold Coast 26/8/17)

Race 3 Number 2 – Not Only Florina (IRE) - Rider was of the view his mount did not handle todays track conditions. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities other than a slow recovery. (Caulfield 19/8/17)

Race 5 Number 8 – Cannyescent - Had to be steadied to avoid the heels near the 450m. (Flemington 12/8/17)

Race 6 Number 4 – Danish Twist - Steadied from heels after leaving the 200m. Near the 150m had to be severely checked off the heels. A post race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. (Doomben 24/6/17)

Race 8 Number 7 – Sunny Victory - Bumped heavily near the 250m. (Doomben 5/8/17)

Race 9 Number 11 – Makeadane - Held up for clear running from the 500m and near the 350m was steadied when disappointed for a run between runners. (Caulfield 19/8/17)

Race 9 Number 15 – Choice Larga - Near the 1000m had to be steadied when awkwardly placed on the heels. (Gold Coast 26/8/17)
