Race 1 Number 1 – Muraahib – Raced wide without cover. (Caulfield 25/2/17)

Race 1 Number 7 – Bidwee - Rider could offer no explanation for the disappointing performance however stated in his opinion the colt may derive benefit from todays race. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Lay out round the home turn and in the home straight. (Seymour 9/3/17)

Race 3 Number 1 – Assign (IRE) – When questioned regarding her tactics today, rider stated it was not her intention to settle back in the field as her instructions were to be in the first four, but after jumping away the gelding was quite relaxed and from the wider draw she was reluctant to ride it up the hill into a headwind. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. (Caulfield 25/2/17)

Race 4 Number 4 – Rudy - Bumped on jumping. Bumped near the 100m. (Doomben 11/3/17)

Race 5 Number 2 – Jon Snow (NZ) - Made the bend near the 1800 metres awkwardly. (Ellerslie 4/3/17)

Race 5 Number 3 – Rising Red (NZ) - Crowded start. Raced wide without cover when improving forward rounding the first turn before improving to the lead near the 1400 metres. (Ellerslie 4/3/17)

Race 6 Number 6 – Humidor (NZ) – Inconvenienced at the start when bumped. (Flemington 11/3/17)

Race 6 Number 8 – Jameka – Raced three wide without cover until near the 1200m. (Flemington 11/3/17)

Race 7 Number 5 – Nurse Kitchen (NZ) – Rider was of the view his mount would be better suited on a track with more five. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. (Flemington 11/3/17)

Race 7 Number 6 – Smart As You Think - When questioned regarding his tactics today, rider advised that he was instructed to settle where comfortable and after beginning well he decided to take up a forward position given the way the track had played today. He further added that after having passed the 1200m it would have been more beneficial to his mount to have restrained and allow another runner to go forward from his outside rather than keeping that mare in the three wide position till the 1000m. Race 7 Number 10 – Montoya’s Secret - Raced three wide without cover until allowed to stride forward passing the 800m and take up the lead. A post race veterinary examination revealed the filly had been galloped on the off hind leg. (Moonee Valley 13/3/17)

Race 7 Number 13 – Kamili - Change of tactics. More forward. Led. (Cranbourne 10/3/17)

Race 8 Number 10 – Alaskan Rose (NZ) – Slow to begin. (Flemington 11/3/17)

Race 9 Number 3 – Mr Individual - Bounded at the start and lost ground. Rider stated after bounding at the start, he settled further back however was satisfied with the run. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities. (Moonee Valley Night 17/2/17)
