Race 2 Number 3 – Elle Lou - Lost the near fore plate in running. (Gold Coast 14/1/17)

Race 7 Number 8 – Private Secretary - Required the attention of the farrier prior to the start to replace a cast near fore plate. Returned to the enclosure with the off fore plate missing. (Gold Coast 14/1/17)

Race 7 Number 12 – Sold for Song - Raced wide. When asked to comment on the performance, rider indicated that the mare overraced in the early stages, which is out of character. He added that he was disappointed with the overall performance. Trainer advised stewards that, in his view, the trip to Melbourne for its most recent start may have taken a little bit more out of the mare than first thought. Trainer reported on return to stable the mare was given a short freshen up and had worked well since its last start. (Sunshine Coast 28/1/17)
