Racing NSW Veterinarian Dr Craig Suan reported Hawkesbury Trainer Jason Attard was injured when an unraced 2yo he was riding broke down.

Jason has been transported to the Nepean Hospital with a fractured right shoulder which requires surgery. Jason's wife Lucy is with him in hospital and they are being supported by Racing NSW medical staff.
