Hawkesbury Cup Day Tickets Are Now On Sale

Tickets are now on sale for the 2025 Hawkesbury Cup Raceday scheduled for Saturday, 3 May 2025.

“We have packages to suit all budgets, including all-inclusive food and beverage packages starting from $149 per person,” said Hawkesbury Race Club's CEO James Heddo.

“Alternatively, the Front Lawn Precinct offers reserved Trackside seating in a prime position to enjoy the day’s festivities at just $55 per person which includes gate entry.”

Hawkesbury Race Club's Fashions on the Field provides a great opportunity for patrons to demonstrate their fashion wares

In what will be a celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Hawkesbury’s stand-alone Saturday meeting, the massive 10-race program will offer over $1.8 million in prizemoney, highlighted by the $250,000 Group 3-Richmond Club Hawkesbury Gold Cup over 1600m.

Early shoppers will be able to secure a 20% discount on General Admission tickets, with early bird prices starting from $20.

“Hawkesbury Cup Day is always a special and memorable event to share with family and friends and we greatly appreciate the support from our sponsors whose encouragement and assistance combine to make this day such a great success each year,” said Mr Heddo.

There will be plenty of off-track entertainment including live music, a Gin Garden, food trucks and more which promises to cater to a wide range of interests.

“We will have some great prizes on offer for the Fashions on the Field competition and will provide further details closer to the event.

"The contest provides a great opportunity for patrons to demonstrate their fashion wares and the Local Ladies category has always proven to be very popular.”

As part of the Cup festivities, Hawkesbury Race Club in conjunction with Panthers, will host the annual Panthers/Hawkesbury Race Club Sports Luncheon Calcutta at Western Sydney Conference Centre on Friday 2 May.

“The inaugural sports luncheon was tremendously well received last year, attracting over 400 guests,” said Heddo. “This is the perfect way to launch into the Cup Day weekend, with special guests this year including Chris Waller and Ivan Cleary.”
