Hawkesbury Cup Day - Tickets Are Now On Sale

Tickets are now on sale for the 2024 Hawkesbury Cup Raceday scheduled for Saturday, 4th May 2024: “We have packages to suit all budgets, including all-inclusive food and beverage packages starting from $149 per person,” said Hawkesbury Race Club's CEO, James Heddo.

“Alternatively, the Front Lawn Precinct offers reserved Trackside seating in a prime position to enjoy the day’s festivities at just $55 per person which includes gate entry.”

In what is shaping as the Club’s biggest Cup Day yet, the massive 10-race program will offer over $1.8 million in prizemoney, highlighted by the $250,000 Group 3-Richmond Club Hawkesbury Gold Cup over 1600m.

Early shoppers will be able to secure a 20% discount on General Admission tickets, with early bird prices starting from $20.

“Hawkesbury Cup Day is always a special and memorable event to share with family and friends and we greatly appreciate the support from our sponsors whose encouragement and assistance combine to make this day such a great success each year,” said Heddo.

Off-track entertainment will be highlighted by crowd favourites Furnace & The Fundamentals who are sure to entertain spectators with a lively performance following the Cup. Various on-course activations, including a Gin Garden, TAB Mounting Yard, food trucks and more promises to cater to a wide range of interests.

The Fashions on the Field competition is always hotly contested with fashionistas able to enter by uploading their images taken from the designated “Fashion Chute” area on the day and then tagging Hawkesbury Race Club Instagram and Facebook handles, from where judging will take place.

“We will have some great prizes on offer for the Fashions on the Field competition and will provide further details closer to the event,” Heddo revealed. “The digital format promotes inclusivity for all racegoers and encourages those to enter who normally wouldn’t want to jump on stage.”

In another coup for the event, Panthers have joined as a major sponsor and will host the inaugural Panthers/Hawkesbury Race Club Sports Luncheon Calcutta at Western Sydney Conference Centre on Friday 3 May.

“This luncheon will become a must attend event each year and is the perfect way to launch into the Cup Day weekend,” said Heddo.
