CODES OF PRACTICE (effective 1 June 2023)
Full Codes of Practice (policies and protocols) for:
- Horses returning from extended layoffs & injuries and not having started for 12 months
- Cardiac Arrhythmias detected during post-event inspections
- Compulsory reporting for major fractures, orthopaedic surgery & approval of affected horses to return to racing
- Veterinary inspections for 12-year-old horse
- Reinstatement of retired racehorse
