Employment Opportunity - Racecourse Manager (Wyong)

The Racecourse Manager has a challenging and exciting role being responsible for the ongoing presentation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the racing and training surfaces as well as the facilities and surrounds at Wyong Race Club in order to provide for a safe, attractive environment for all stakeholders, raceday patrons and visitors.

Reporting to the CEO your key responsibilities include:-

• Track Management – grass course proper and two sand training tracks • Annual racecourse maintenance programmes • Management of track staff, machinery and equipment including new horse pool • Manage capital and recurrent budgets • Liaison with RNSW officials, licensed persons and contractors • Management and presentation of stabling areas and racecourse grounds
