Determination Of Penalties - Ms Emma Bickley & Mr Daniel Smith
Racing NSW Stewards have considered penalty in respect to the following charges issued against stablehands Ms Emma Bickley and Mr Daniel Smith.
Both Ms Bickley and Mr Smith failed to attend the hearing on Tuesday, 28th May 2019, and in accordance with correspondence provided to both on 14 May 2019, the penalties were determined in their absence.
