Determination Of Charges - Trainer Benjamin Smith And Stablehands Ms Emma Bickley & Daniel Smith
Racing NSW Stewards have determined all charges issued against trainer Benjamin Smith and stablehands Ms Emma Bickley and Mr Daniel Smith.
The Stewards' Reasons for Decision can be viewed - HERE
In respect to Mr Benjamin Smith, Racing NSW Stewards will now give consideration to penalty on 11 June 2019, whereby Mr Smith will appear to provide evidence and make submissions relative to penalty.
Consideration of penalty in respect to Ms Emma Bickley and Mr Daniel Smith will be conducted at 10am on 28 May 2019.
