Cessnock Races (Tuesday 31st July) - Transferred To Newcastle

Please be advised that following a track inspection, Racing NSW Stewards have deemed the Cessnock track to be unsuitable for racing on Tuesday (31st July) due to the firmness of the track.

With no predicted significant rain approaching, Tuesday's Cessnock meeting has been moved to the Newcastle Course Proper where the track is currently rated a Good 4.

The only race distance amendment that applies is Race 5 (Class 1 & Maiden Plate, 2125m) is now 2360m.

The rail position for Tuesday will be out 11m the entire circumference with all races restricted to 10 starters plus 4 emergencies. Acceptances will be at 9am on Friday (27th July).
