ATC Supports Nelune Foundation At Royal Randwick This Saturday

This Saturday, 20th January Royal Randwick will host the Nelune Foundation Race Day in support of the charity’s work in providing help for people fighting cancer.

The Club will hold the official Nelune Foundation Luncheon in the Oaks Lawn Marquee with all proceeds donated in support of the Rebecca Wilson breast cancer research fellowship at the Garvan Institute of medical research.

Tipped as the best value on course, racegoers can also pre-purchase the popular Summer Punters Pack for $39 at http://www.theatc.com.au

The Summer Punters Pack includes racecourse entry, two standard drinks, a food pack, reserved seating in the Queen Elizabeth II grandstand, a racebook and access to the Punters Pack area within the Octagonal Bar.

On the track, the nine race program features the $100,000 Rebecca Louise Summer Sprint where Jason Coyle-trained Memes has opened the $3.10 TAB Fixed Odds favourite.

The four-year-old won of five wins from seven starts last campaign, and has completed two barrier trials in preparation for this test.

The Royal Randwick track was rated a Good 4 this morning and the rail will be at the +8m position.

The first race is at 12.40pm and last race at 5.40pm.

Gates open at 11.30am (11.15am ATC Members).

Free car parking is available at the racecourse and buses will run between Eddy Avenue at Central Station and Royal Randwick racecourse.
