Appeal By Farrier Justin Bulmer - Withdrawn
Farrier Justin Bulmer has been granted leave by the Appeal Panel to withdraw his appeal against conviction and penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under AR175(n) following an inquiry into an injury sustained by the two-year-old colt Mufasta in the stables of Scone trainer, Brett Cavanough.
As a consequence of today’s decision (18 May 2018), Mr Bulmer’s term of three month's disqualification is to commence immediately and to expire on 18th August 2018.
