Jenny Duggan Takes Out Rising Star Series

The 2018/19 Rising Star Series concluded at Royal Randwick on Monday, 10th June 2019, with Jenny Duggan crowned Series champion for the first time.

Duggan concluded the Series with 60 points - well clear of her nearest rival Robbie Dolan (39 points) to take honours in the 20th running of the NSW apprentice jockey series.
The Series Final was won by Stacey Metcalfe on board The Party Girl for trainer David Pfieffer.
Sam Weatherley was the runner-up with Duggan grabbing third place on Watchdog to secure a podium finish.
