Injured Rider Update - Hugh Bowman (Rider Replacements)

Please note jockey Hugh Bowman suffered a fall during morning trackwork at Randwick earlier today (Tuesday 10th September). Hugh was treated at Prince of Wales Hospital and has suffered a broken finger.

Racing NSW's Dr Duckworth reported the break is to his little finger on his right hand which will require surgery this afternoon.

[Update at 6pm on Tuesday 10th Sept]: Dr Duckworth has reported Hugh Bowman's surgery to his little finger has gone very well and he will probably be out of riding for the next three weeks.
