Injured Rider Update - Anna Roper (Wyong, Mon)

Apprentice jockey Anna Roper was struck when her mount threw its head up while cantering at Wyong trackwork this morning. Anna has sustained an injury to her nose and is currently at hospital awaiting scans results.

[Update at 4:20pm on Monday]: Anna has a fractured nose and has been discharged from hospital. She is seeing a specialist to determine when she can ride again.
