Injured Rider - Emmie Barrat (Randwick, Tues)

Emmie Barrat, a work rider for trainer John Sargent, suffered a fall at Randwick trackwork this morning (Tuesday 18th February).

Emmie was dislodged at the 200m on the Polytrack before being transported to hospital with a possible broken left arm.

[Update at 4pm on Tuesday]: Racing NSW's Dr Duckworth reports that Emmie has dislocated her elbow and will be discharged from hospital today, before seeing Dr Duckworth on Wednesday.
