Injured Apprentice Update - Zac Wadick (Warwick Farm Trials, Tues)
Prior to Heat 1 at today's Warwick Farm barrier trials (17th November), apprentice jockey Zac Wadick's mount Selective reared over and landed on him.
Zac was transported to Liverpool Hospital, having sustained a laceration to his body and has a suspected pelvis injury.
(Update 2pm Tuesday) - Zac has sustained a fractured pelvis requiring surgery tomorrow.
He also has a fractured coccyx and a laceration on his chin requiring suturing.
