Licensed jockey Serg Lisnyy has lodged an appeal against conviction and penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under AR137(a) after his ride on Mo The Great in Race 7 (Sky Racing Spring Provincial Series Heat 5 Class Plate, 1600m) at Gosford Racecourse on Saturday, 24 November 2018. Following a Stewards inquiry on this date Mr Lisnyy was suspended for a period commencing Sunday, 2 December 2018 and to expire on Tuesday, 18 December 2018 on which day he may ride. This appeal has been set for Monday, 3 December commencing at 9:30am.

Licensed jockey Bobby El-Issa has lodged an appeal against conviction and penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under AR137(a) after his ride on Foxy Rocket in Race 1 (Reward Homes Benchmark 64 Handicap, 1500m) at Gosford Racecourse on Saturday, 24 November 2018. Following a Stewards inquiry on this date, Mr El-issa was suspended for a period commencing Monday, 26 November 2018 and to expire on Sunday, 9 December 2018 on which day he may ride. This appeal has been set for Monday, 3 December 2018 commencing at 11:30am.
