Racing NSW is pleased to now be inviting Expressions of Interest in recently acquired stabling within the coveted Warwick Farm precinct.

Multiple grass, sand and Polytrack training surfaces complement the course proper with a jump out chute and equine pool also available.

Facilities:

27 stables
2 bedroom house
9 horse walker

Stabling will be leased at market rates at a ‘per-box, per-week’ rate with utilities charged additionally on consumption.

The stabling at this facility is to be reserved for horses currently in work only. The Premises are not to be used for pre-training horses on behalf of other trainers.
