Vale Mr Benny Wynen

Racing NSW has been informed of the passing of former south coast trainer Mr Benny Wynen, aged 87.

Benny trained from the Sapphire Coast and prepared 199 winners including Gelderbelle (13 wins), Zither (13 wins), Valon (13 wins), Trading Terms (10 wins) and Crafty Indian (10 wins).

Mila Master was one of his best gallopers winning eight races (including the Adaminaby Cup) and finishing 26 placings including the Bombala Cup, Braidwood Cup, Tumut Cup and the Sapphire Coast Town Plate.
