The Party Continues After Dark At Warren Twilight Races (Fri)

The famed Warren Twilight Races sponsored by Macquarie Valley Ag services jump this Friday 15th at the Warren Racecourse and Showground.

The event boasts a 6 race SKY 2 program and nominations this year are record breaking.

Time to dust of the party dresses and bring your Christmas cheer trackside.

Entry is free for children aged 12 and under and  $20 per head for all others.  Lock out is 8.30pm and there are no pass-outs.

The gates open at 3pm with the first race around 4pm.

Legless Pedestrians will perform from 8.00pm through to midnight with DJ Harpoon band in the biggest undercover mosh pit in western NSW.

On site food vendors including the two show food caravans, Bruno’s Woodfire pizzas and Warren Lions Club BBQ will be trading all evening. Dippin Dots will have ice creams to treat the kids.

Two bars will run on a ticket system again this year, with bar tickets being sold behind the undercover bottom bar by Rotary Club of Warren.

Following the last horse race the boys and girls 200 metre sprint will be held on the track. Sponsors Western Farm Machinery and MPAC have generously donated a $200 purse to the winner of each group.

Santa has scheduled a visit to the race course with a little treat for the under 12 year olds.

Warren Twilight Races is without doubt the best family evening with something for everyone so come along and enjoy great racing and Christmas festivities.
