MORUYA (Friday 3rd October)
Race 3, No.3 - THREEFOLD: The Danielle Seib stable reported the mare has undergone arthroscopic surgery to remove bone chips from the off-side hock since her last start (22/11/2024). The horse has since trialled at Goulburn (19/09/2025).
Race 7, No.8 - ASSOCIATE: The Danielle Seib stable reported the gelding has undergone arthroscopic surgery to remove bone chips from the off-fore knee since his last start (13/03/2025). The horse has since trialled at Hawkesbury (15/09/2025).

DUBBO (Friday 3rd October)
Race 6, No.6 – TALKACHINO: The Michael Mulholland stable reported the gelding underwent surgery (screw fixation) for a fracture in the near-fore cannon bone. The horse has trialled since at Mudgee (7/9/25).

KEMBLA GRANGE (Saturday 4th October)
Race 3, No.3 - MICRO MAGIC: The Marc & Mitchell Conners stable has advised Stewards the mare underwent bilateral fetlock joint arthroscopy. She has since trialled on two occasions at Warwick Farm (4/9/25 and 18/9/25).

COOTAMUNDRA (Sunday 5th October)
Race 3, No.3 - READY TO RUSH: Trainer Matthew Dale advised the horse has undergone arthroscopic surgery to remove bone chips in both knees. The unraced mare has since trialled at Kembla Grange (1/9/25).

WARWICK FARM (Monday 6th October)
Race 5, No.7 - FLIGHTCREW: The Lee & Cherie Curtis stable advised the mare has undergone colic surgery since her last start (4/12/24).
