Race 3, No.2 - STAR SPARKS: The Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott stable advised the gelding had an off-side humeral stress fracture in December 2020.
Race 3, No.3 - THE RAMPANT: The Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott stable advised the gelding has undergone arthroscopic surgery on his near-fore fetlock.
Race 7, No.12 - DOZER BAY (NZ): The Robert & Luke Price stable advised the mare underwent the removal of vocal cords and right aryepiglottic fold and was noted to have a degree of dorsal pharyngeal collapse.

GOULBURN (Saturday 11th September)
Race 6, No.2 - DOCTOR GAV: The Gwenda Markwell stable advised the unraced horse underwent a tie-back operation since its barrier trial at Kembla Grange on 11 November 2020.

COFFS HARBOUR (Sunday 12th September)
Race 6, No.1 – GALWAY: The Brett Dodson stable advised the gelding underwent surgery to remove bone chips from its right knee since it last raced (Coffs Harbour 6/8/20). The horse has since trialled (Murwillumbah 20/8/21).

MORUYA (Monday 13th September)
Race 1, No.11 (1st em) - TIFF'S FINALE: Trainer Scott Collings advised the horse has undergone tie-forward surgery.
