Olivia 'Maneuvers' Into Top Spot

Olivia Pickering has taken the lead in the Rising Star Series for apprentice jockeys following her victory in heat 11 at Taree today.
Pickering notched her second Rising Star win this season with a well-timed ride aboard Herbrides Maneuver for local trainer Greg Drury.
24-year-old Pickering now leads with 22 points, ahead of Rachel King (19) and Jean Van Overmeire (18).
The series heads to Goulburn next with heat 12 on Monday, January 29th.
