Newcastle Beaumont Barrier Trials Transferred To Cessnock
Following a track gallop this morning and after consultation with riders, Stewards have deemed the Newcastle Beaumont track unsuitable for the barrier trials scheduled to be run tomorrow (Wednesday 27th June 2017) due to the waterlogged surface over the final 100m.
The barrier trials have been transferred to Cessnock racecourse and will be held tomorrow (Wednesday) and NOT Thursday as was previously considered.
The Cessnock track is currently rated a Soft 6 and nominations for the trials will close at 1pm today, Tuesday 26th June 2018
