Trainer Joanne Hardy Lodges An Appeal
Licensed trainer Joanne Hardy has lodged an appeal against penalty after being found guilty by Racing NSW Stewards under AR178; and following a Stewards inquiry on Tuesday, 23 January 2018, Ms Hardy was fined $4000.
This followed the detection of a prohibited substance in a pre-race sample from D’great Beauty after that horse was placed 4th in Race 2 (Maiden Plate, 1315m) at Coffs Harbour Racecourse on Tuesday, 7 October 2017.
A date for this appeal is yet to be set.
