Injured Rider Updates (Dan McGillivray, Michael Gray & Jayden Barrie)

Visiting apprentice jockey Dan McGillivray was dislodged following the running of Race 2 aboard Roman Hussler at Grafton on Sunday (2nd October). Dan was taken to Grafton Hospital and has fractured three of his fingers which can be treated in plaster.

Approved rider Michael Gray was dislodged from his mount during the running of Race 4 on Hoffy's Dream at Nyngan picnics on Saturday (1st October). Michael was transported to Nyngan Hospital for further observation.

Apprentice jockey Jayden Barrie was injured after his mount Red Zephyr reared in the barriers prior to Race 4 at Inverell on Saturday (1st October). Jayden transported to Inverell Hospital but has since been discharged having incurred a mild concussion.
