Injured Rider Update - Hannah Williams (Leeton, Monday)

Apprentice jockey Hannah Williams was dislodged when her mount (Jeddyla) clipped heels upon pulling up after race 5 at Leeton on Monday (27th September).

Hannah landed heavily but is conscious and was attended to by ambulance officers.

[Update at 9am on Tuesday]: Hannah was admitted to Griffith Hospital overnight for scans of her thoracic spine and are now awaiting the results. Hannah remains in a lot of pain at this stage.
