Injured Rider Update - Geoff Snowden (Moree, Sunday)

Jockey Geoff Snowden was dislodged when his mount reared over on top of him in the mounting yard, prior to race 3 at Moree on Sunday (6th September).

Geoff is conscious and has sustained an ankle/leg injury and will be transported to hospital for further observation.

[Update at 8.30pm on Sunday]: Geoffrey has sustained leg fractures; most likely he will be airlifted to Tamworth for surgery.
