COVID-19 Information For Lismore Races (Tuesday)

Queensland Participants travelling into NSW for the scheduled Lismore race meeting on Tuesday, 22nd December 2020 will need to apply for a Queensland Border Declaration Pass before entering back into Queensland.

The declaration declares whether a person has in the previous 14 days:

a.
i. been overseas;
ii. been in a COVID-19 hotspot;
iii. had known contact with a person who is or was a confirmed case of COVID-19;
iv. had symptoms consistent with COVID-19;

b. whether the person is a confirmed case of COVID-19 or cleared case of COVID-19;

c. whether the person has been tested for COVID-19 and has not yet received the results of that test.

The details required include travelling person’s name, date of birth, phone number, address and email address; The link to apply for a Border pass is below.

Participants should continue to review and adhere to the States Racing Industry Protocols.
