Chelsea Hillier Raises Minimum Riding Weight
Racing NSW Stewards have acceded to a request from apprentice jockey Chelsea Hillier (under the care of trainer Rodney Northam) to raise her minimum riding weight from 53kg to 53.5kg for a period to commence on Sunday, 14th May 2023.
This will be for the duration of winter.
