Race 5, No.3 - CAESARS PALACE: Trainer Anthony Cummings has advised the horse has undergone surgery to remove one undescended testicle since it last raced in May 2020. The rig has since trialled on one occasion.
Race 5, No.6 - KLOPP: Trainer David Pfieffer has advised the gelding underwent tie-back surgery in April 2020. The horse has since trialled on two occasions.

Race 1, No.8 – BROOKE: Trainer Dwayne Schmidt advised that the mare underwent a Caslick Procedure since its last start (Grafton – 17/8/20).
Race 3, No.5 – CRAFTY GIRL: Trainer Dwayne Schmidt advised that the mare underwent a Caslick Procedure since its last start (Wagga Wagga – 14/7/20).
Race 4, No.8 – LOVE A DIAMOND: Trainer Dwayne Schmidt advised that the filly underwent a Caslick Procedure since its last start (Casino – 15/8/20).
