Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Racing NSW Country Ltd will be held in the Boardroom of Racing NSW, Level 7, 51 Druitt Street, Sydney on Tuesday, 26th November 2019 commencing at 10am.

- Apologies.
- Adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Racing NSW Country held on 27th November 2018.
- Receive and consider the Chairman’s Report on behalf of the Board.
- Receive and consider the Financial Statements for the year ending 30th June 2019.
- Elect Auditors to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting.
