MTC Presenting A Cheque To BlazeAid Next Thursday
Murrumbidgee Turf Club has announced that next Thursday (27th May - 2:30pm) they will present BlazeAid with the money raised at the charity luncheon held on Country Championships Day in mid-February.
The presentation will take place at Murrumbidgee Turf Club with representatives from both the MTC and BlazeAid present - the amount raised is $7,225.75.
MTC's CEO, Steven Keene said: "Murrumbidgee Turf Club is proud to be able to raise this money for such a worthy cause that will be used in the local community.
"This also serves as a timely reminder that there is still work to be done for these local communities to fully recover from the devastating fires."
