The training partnership of Paul Messara and Leah Gavranich are set to be well represented at their home track of Scone on Tuesday with the stable having five chances spread across four races.
Messara and Gavranich produced The Kosciuszko winner Clear Thinking for a close-up fourth in the $1 million The Hunter at Newcastle on Saturday and will be looking to get back to winning form at Scone, starting with last start winner Deel Me A Queen in the Darley Benchmark 58 Handicap (2200m) in which Aaron Bullock takes the ride.
Deel Me A Queen is a daughter of Dundeel and steps beyond 2000m for the first time in the Scone event.

“She’s only lightly raced with four starts to her name and she’s won two of them so she’s heading in the right direction,” said Messara.
“She resumed from a decent spell with a first-up win at Scone this campaign over 1400m and then ran fourth at Muswellbrook over 1450m.
“We stepped her up to the 1750m at Muswellbrook a couple of weeks ago and she was strong to the line to score a good win.
"She is shaping as though the extra distance will suit so we are looking forward to seeing her go around again on Tuesday.”
Mount Bona (Bullock) and Joika (Ashley Morgan) will line up for the stable in the Arrowfield Class 1 & Maiden Plate (1600m).
“Mount Bona won her maiden at Scone back in May, and she’s had two starts back from a spell for a fourth at Scone and a second at Muswellbrook,” Messara said.
“She (Mount Bona) will be suited by the step up in distance. And Joika ran home really well at Muswellbrook at her only start and the extra trip should suit her as well.”
First starter Avista will be ridden by Morgan in the Select Events Maiden Plate (1200m), while Bullock partners two-time winner Zucchero in the Scone RSL Country Boosted Benchmark 58 Handicap (1300m).
“Avista is a Maurice filly and it’s good to get her to the races,” said Messara.
“And Zucchero is first-up from a spell and has two trials to prepare.”
