Ellofadude is a Written By gelding having his first start and has had two trials either side of a break. He won the latest of them at Muswellbrook and looks prime to run well. 4. Wanavan has been placed in four of 10 starts and was placed behind Ellofadude in a trial in preparation for this.

2. Taipan Legend has hit his straps of late having scored a strong win at this track when racing on the speed before finishing a last start second at this track when again racing on the pace and battling on strongly enough. He only needs to have maintained that form to be hard to hold out here. 2. Recovery Road is a former Victorian that has had two starts since joining the new stable. He can improve here on his two starts in this area. 3. Girrawheen had been racing well before losing its rider early in the event at Narromine at his latest start and he gets his chance to bounce back. 1. Reflecting Fame followed a fourth at Scone with a last start seventh at this track and he has the ability to figure here.
